I am beyond grateful to have contributed to the remarkable photobook project, "Archiving the Now," spearheaded by the visionary Ola Alouz, Founder of FotoUAE and Fujifilm Ambassador. This project stands as a testament to the vibrant and diverse stories of the UAE, told through the lens of countless photographers.

This photobook is more than a collection of images—it is a carefully curated tapestry of memories spanning the years 2020 to 2023, documenting moments from every corner of the Emirates. Both aspiring enthusiasts and seasoned professionals came together in a harmonious visual symphony, preserving fleeting yet unforgettable moments of time.

The grand launch of "Archiving the Now" was held during the Sikka Arts & Design Festival 2024 (Edition 12) in Al Shindaga Historic Neighborhood, Dubai, from February 23 to March 3, 2024. This setting—a crossroads of heritage and creativity—couldn’t have been more perfect for unveiling a project that celebrates the UAE’s evolving narrative.

Having some of my cherished photographs of the UAE featured in such a prestigious publication is truly a once-in-a-lifetime honor. This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of Ghaf Publishing, whose dedication has helped bring this vision to life.

"Archiving the Now" serves as a poignant reminder that what we document today holds the power to shape how future generations perceive our present. It encapsulates the beauty of our shared moments and ensures that the essence of this time is preserved for years to come.
