Happy World Photography Day!

In celebration of World Photography Day, I just want to share this humble achievement of mine from the days of Natgeo Yourshot (National Geographic): one of my photos was selected for the “Daily Dozen” on March 6, 2019.

This was my biggest achievement of the year because I never imagined being selected and recognized on one of the most prestigious photography platforms on the planet. My photo was titled “A Light Job,” in which I took a snap of a guy who’s working at an Arabic lamp shop in Al Ras, Dubai. One good thing about it is that I shot this photo using my trusted iPhone X.

This proves that you can still nail an incredible photo no matter what gear you are using. You just have to dig deeper and work on your knowledge and skills. Most importantly, you must love and enjoy your passion, because if you do, it will take you to new heights you never imagined. Keep shooting and visualizing. Happy World Photography Day, Folks!
